Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. - Hebrews 11:1
Often times we hear, "you just need faith," and "it's all about the heart." But that made me wonder, what does it mean to have faith? Hebrews 11:1 and a study note for Romans 4:13-25 (Abraham's faith) gives this description: "Faith is total surrender to the ability and willingness of God to carry out His promises."
